Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how to change or cancel orders and subscriptions with NoNic Labs. By placing an order or starting a subscription, you agree to the terms below. Nothing here affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

One-Time Orders
One-time orders can only be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, as fulfillment and logistics are already underway. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at noniclabs@gmail.com and we will help where we can, though we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in progress.

Subscriptions
When you start a subscription, you agree to recurring deliveries billed automatically at the frequency you selected (for example, every 4 weeks) until you cancel. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider, and you are charged for each delivery unless you have chosen a prepaid plan.

Your first subscription order confirms your subscription and cannot be cancelled or refunded once it has been billed and shipped.

You can cancel, pause, or skip future deliveries at any time from your customer account. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel or pause before your next scheduled billing date. If a renewal has already been billed, the cancellation applies to the following cycle, and the order already placed will be shipped and handled under our Refund Policy.

How Cancellations Take Effect
Cancelling stops future renewals and billing. It does not automatically refund an order that has already been billed or shipped; those are handled under our Refund Policy.

Statutory Rights
If you are in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. This policy does not limit any mandatory statutory rights that apply to you.
